Medicare (CMS) Restricts Appointment Planning at Educational Events

During educational events, agents can no longer collect Scope of Sales Appointments, (SOAs) or schedule future appointments. Agents are allowed to collect Business Reply Cards (BRC) and Permission to Contact (PTC) forms and distribute business cards at these events.
