If you choose Not to sign the "Scope of Sales Authority" and "Permission to Contact" forms, by federal statute, the Agent will not be able to speak with you about Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, or any other Medicare health-related topic.

Contract renewal enrollment dates and timeframes are mandated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, also known as CMS, (CMS.Gov). Unless beneficiaries meet the requirements for a Special Enrollment Period (SEP), the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), October 15th to December 1st, the Open Enrollment Period, January 1 to March 31st, or are in the Medicare Initial Election Period (IEP), enrollment in a plan, your enrollment may be restricted to specific times of the year.

Please be aware that year after year, plans, benefits and CMS regulations change.

There may be additional restrictions and exclusions. Medicare Advantage Plans with a $0 premium are not offered everywhere.

Please note that Medicare Beneficiaries are responsible to keep paying their Medicare Part B premium whether they are enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan or not. When under medical care, there may also be other deductibles, copays, and coinsurance charges beneficiaries are responsible to pay. Standalone-Prescription drug plans and Medigap Supplement plans have separate premiums and those additional fees are dependent on which Medicare approved plan you choose.
