Time limits for Scope of Sales Appointments and Business Reply cards:

2023 limits on how long "Scope of Sales Appointments" (SOA)s, "Permission to Contact" (PTC), and Business Reply Cards (BRCs), remain in effect. Valid for a period of 12 months following the beneficiary's signature or their request for additional information.

As of 2023, SOAs, PTC's and Business Reply Cards (BRCs) have a 12-month time limit specified in writing. If the original Scope of Appointment, Permission to Contact (PTC), or Business Reply Card (BRC) has expired, an agent must obtain a new one.
